Shipping & Handling

Kingsgrove Sports dispatches items within 1-4 business days after the order is made*.

Once dispatched the order should arrive within 1-3 business days with Parcel Post and the next business day (max. 2 business days) with Express Post for metro areas. Orders to WA, NT, TAS and regional areas may take longer.

Note: Bats that receive our FREE knocking-in treatment will take 7 days to be knocked-in and will be dispatched after.

* Some items may need to be transferred to our Kingsgrove store from our other locations to be dispatched which may effect delivery times. The arrival times are only an estimates of when the order will actually arrive. We endeavour to dispatch as soon as possible. If there are to be extended delays we will contact you to discuss your order.

Delivery
Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.

Delivery Charges
For all local orders under 500 grams a standard freight charge of $10.00 will apply. Orders above 500grams will be charged on a weight and destination basis. Please note that extra bulky items will incur the required charges from our delivery agent. We will of course pre warn you of any extra postage costs Areas other than the Eastern states of Australia may incur a higher charge for freight depending on the bulk of the order.

Delivery Times

Australia Post: eParcel Standard - Delivery times are determined by Australia Post. Sydney Metro normally allow 2 business days. For all other locations normally allow 3-7 business days to most locations within Australia.

Australia Post: Express Post - Express delivery from Australia Post. Delivery times are determined by Australia Post, normally allow 1-3 working days to most locations within Australia.

International Delivery

For orders placed from outside Australia, international freight charges will apply. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs restrictions may also apply.

Orders are delivered by Express Courier International - The fastest delivery method for parcels being sent overseas. A tracking number will be provided to your parcel. Delivery times are determined by Australia Post. Delivery times vary according to destination country. Normally allow up to 7 working days to most locations outside Australia.

Australian Orders
All orders placed within Australia, and / or for delivery within Australia are subject to GST. All prices are GST inclusive.

Order Notification
Upon receipt of your order the Kingsgrove Sports Centre will issue you with a confirmation email notification.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from Kingsgrove Sports Centre during normal business hours.

Product Availability
Some products in the Kingsgrove Sports Centre Online Shop may sell out at the time of ordering. If so we will inform you by e-mail with further options. We try our best to keep our site updated but with 1000s of products in our range and with 5 stores this can prove to be logistically challenging. Some items, though sold out, may yet be available from our suppliers in which case we will do our best to obtain the item for you. For in-store customers it is always best to ring and check the stock availability of the items you wish to purchase before travelling to the intended shop you wish to make the purchase at.
