COVID-19 Safety Practices

Kingsgrove Sports is committed to ensuring the health and safety of our customers, community, and staff.

Based on the new Government guidelines, Kingsgrove Sports is now enforcing these rules to reduce the spread of COVID-19:

• We are currently only accepting cashless payments.
• A limited number of customers will be allowed into the store at a given time. Please see the storefront for the store's customer limit and respect these limits.
• Practise social distancing. Keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and others.
• Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds. Our stores will provide either alcohol-based hand sanitiser or disposable gloves at our front desks, depending on which supplies are available.
• Before trying on items such as batting gloves, your hands will need to be cleaned with soap or hand sanitiser or you must wear disposable gloves.
• We kindly ask customers to pack their own bags when making a purchase to minimise handling and close contact.
• If you need to cough or sneeze, please do so into your elbow or a tissue.
• Tissues must be disposed of immediately.
• Staff are to clean all surfaces daily.
• Comply with Government restrictions for self-isolation.

Our online store is open 24/7 for your convenience! Shop online, call or email your nearest store to organise a pick-up.

All Kingsgrove Sports stores are currently closed until May 1, 2020. Once stores open, they may be subject to changed trading hours. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
