I'm not sure if you remember me and my son Kristan, we live in London and you've done a few training sessions with Kristan on trips home.
Last December, we bought him a new Kookaburra bat which unfortunately snapped in the nets before it even got to a game. The bat has now been replaced and I just wanted to let you know what a great job Jody did in helping get everything sorted out. He handled everything very professionally and quickly, the bat being replaced in about two weeks. Jody has been easy to deal with and nothing seemed a problem to him. I've thanked Jody personally but I think its nice if others are aware of a job well done. All the Best

Just wanted to send a note to thank Harry and Yourself for the promotion and support that you bring to Winter Cricket. I was at Bankstown Sports Club for the Season Launch, and listening to Harry reminded me why I still come back to Kingsgrove Sports to get all my gear and now my nephews. My Grandfather brought me to your store at age 13 around 25 years ago to purchase my 1st bat(a Symonds Super Tusker), which I still proudly own and use. I am proud to say that I have carried on the tradition by purchasing my nephews 1st real bat last season, and have since fully kitted him up.
We use your facility often, either privately or with the team I coach at Marrickville. Parents and coaches from other teams at Marrickville have cottoned on and I know that they now use your facilities to benefit their boy's, as my boy's have definetly found using the nets, private coaches and bowling machines.
I am often asked for advice on the purchase of boy's 1st pieces of Kit. I tell them as a sporting enthusiast I check out the sporting equipment everywhere. If you are serious about your cricket their is only one place to go KINSGROVE SPORTS. I ask people to look at how the store is managed and stocked, and instead of bats being thrown together on racks, each bat at Kingsgrove has its own slot. It's is this attention to detail that has set KINGSGROVE SPORTS apart from all of the large chain sports stores.
I could go on about the Quality of the Cricket Museum, or to be able to speak to the Boss which is a joy itself, but I fear I would run out of room.
Please thank Harry for his speech as it embodied what Cricket and Kingsgrove Sports is about. And look forward to continuing our association with both the Store and the Academy for a long time to come.

We have recently found out that he is a great, great, great grandson of founder of Duke Cricket balls and cricketing equipment through doing his family history. I have received the goods today. I am speechless. This is the greatest bat I have ever seen in my life. Better than the Kahuna which was my previous favourite that I also received from yourselves. We are going to St. Kitts to watch Scotland in the World Cup in March where hopefully they will put up more of a fight against the Aussies than our southern neigbours have managed over the last few months!
