My name is Todd Keasey and I live in Ashtonfield which is a suburb in Newcastle, I would like to congratulate you on your wonderful cricket store in Newcastle and in particular its wonderful staff.
I recently purchased some cricket gear from one of your competitors which I was told was good quality but on closer inspection was rubbish, so I visited your Newcastle store and was blown away by the range and quality of all your equipment. It is second to none, but the thing I was most impressed about was the staff.
Andrew and his crew were fantastic, I am a very hard man to please and am very indecisive and the amount of patience they showed was amazing.
I am only getting back into cricket after an 18 year break so Andrew was more than happy to take the time to go through everything slowly so I could make the right decision. He made sure the equipment I was going to buy was right for me and was also happy to answer the twenty odd phone calls I made asking thousands of questions before I finally made my purchase.
But the service didn’t end there. I have been to the store numerous times since and continue to ask questions which Andrew and his staff are to happy to answer.
Andrew made buying my cricket gear a fun experience and now that my son is getting into cricket we will be back to buy his gear when the time comes and also some more for me.

Without you guys, junior cricketers would have to deal with 2nd rate quality gear. You guys to me are cricket gear in Australia and I just wanted to say thank you for all the work you do towards cricket gear. Also I have recently purchased a SLAZENGER (The Don) and its so amazing and thanks to your policy it is knocked-in and prepared beautifully. All in all I just want to say thanks for being cricket gear in Australia longer than I have been born and I hope there are many years of Kingsgrove Sports to come!
