Alan Mantle (BAppSc, Performance Psychology, MA Sport Psychology , Sport Hypnosis, Dip in sport psychology)

Alan Mantle is an Accredited Educational Sports and Performance Consultant. Alan is a member of SSPG, CAPA and APESP. Alan has worked as a sports psychology facilitator, consulting with the following sporting groups: South West Sydney Academy of Sport, NSW Womens Cricket, St George Cricket, NSW cricket players, Macarthur Heat Basketball, the Australian Ice Skating Team, Canterbury Bulldogs NRL Club, and Kingsgrove Cricket Academy. With the competitive nature of performance in todays society, mental skill training can and will be a great asset to anyone prepared to look at ways to improve their mental approach to their performance.

There are many ways players can improve their mental approach to their game. The EMP Series covers some broad ways of improving your game with the correct mental skills training. Like any physical skill, mind performance skills need to be practiced and refined to suit your individual needs.
