Ordering Information

All transactions are carried out in Australian dollars with your final bill being determined by the exchange rate used by your credit card provider. There will be a surcharge of 3% on all payments made by The AMERICAN EXPRESS Card to cover the fees applied by the bank.

Orders from Outside Australia - Export Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and orders made from outside Australia will NOT be charged the local Australian sales tax (GST).

Transactions via Kingsgrove Sports Centre Online Shop are carried out in Australian dollars and processed through the international banking system via the credit card being used. For an indication of how other currencies convert to Australian dollars or another currency, use our online currency converter. These rates are indicative only. Due to the restrictions of the international banking network we are unable to offer multi-currency transactions at this time.

Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing.

Delivery Charges
For all local orders a standard freight charge of $14.50 will show on your order. Please note that extra bulky items will incur the required charges from our delivery agent. We will of course pre warn you of any extra postage costs on top of the standard $14.50 charge. Area's other than the Eastern states of Australia may incur a higher charge for freight depending on the bulk of the order. We shall endeavour to contact you if the charges are higher than anticipated.

International delivery
For orders placed from outside Australia, international freight charges will apply. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs restrictions may also apply.


Australian Orders
All orders placed within Australia, and / or for delivery within Australia are subject to GST. All prices are GST inclusive.

Order Notification
Upon receipt of your order the Kingsgrove Sports Centre will issue you with a confirmation email notification.

Orders are dispatched from Kingsgrove Sports Centre during normal business hours.

Product Availability
Some products in the Kingsgrove Sports Centre Online Shop may sell out at the time of ordering. If so we will inform you by e-mail with further options. We try our best to keep our site updated but with 1000s of products in our range and six stores this can prove to be logistically challenging. Some items though sold out may yet be available from our suppliers in which case we will do our best to obtain the item for you. For instore customers it is always best to ring and check the stock availability of the items you wish to purchase before travelling to the intended shop you wish to make the purchase at.

Returns (or Warranties)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it with your receipt within 30 days of receival for an exchange. Unfortunately delivery and handling charges are not refundable.

Kingsgrove Sports Centre has a formal complaints procedure. 

Any complaints should be emailed to hamish@kingsgrovesports.com.au.

A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.

If you place orders on this site, information including your credit card number and contact information is of necessity collected. This information is used solely to record and fulfil your order.

Management reserves the right to change or alter prices quoted in the online store due to currency flucuations or human / printing error (as well as Typo's). We we will attempt to maintain all prices published on this website through to the following season. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to space, restrictions or trade decisions certain items may not be displayed on the website or in all of our stores.

Shoe Sizing
Please note that in Australia we use US sizing. This will apply to all shoes sold via our online store unless otherwise individually listed on the product page of that item.

Overseas Bat Purchase - Warranties
This policy states that if a bat breaks within the first season of use, if repairable, will be repaired under warranty and if deemed by the manufacturer as not repairable, then the bat will be replaced. Bats for our overseas customers can be inspected for warranty by manufacturers using two methods. 1) Initially we can inspect photographic evidence which can be sent by email or post. Or 2) You can post the bat back to us (at customer's cost). For any bats that are repaired or replaced, expense of postage back will be met in half by Kingsgrove Sports and the other half by the customer. Please rest assured that we will look after customers to the end and provide you with an after service second to none. The chance of your bat having problems is very minute but it can happen.
